Please read these Terms carefully before using Solmerce. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

4. Products and Pricing

Pricing

  • Prices are displayed in Euros (€).
  • VAT is included at the applicable rate.
  • Prices may change without notice.

Product Information

  • Images are for illustration purposes.
  • Minor variations may occur.
  • Orders may be cancelled if products are unavailable or listed in error.

5. Orders and Payment

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Major credit/debit cards are accepted.
  • Additional payment methods may be available.
  • 3D Secure authentication may be required.
  • We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Installation services are carried out by independent certified installers. Solmerce is not liable for delays caused by weather, access restrictions, or grid connection delays.

7. Returns & Consumer Rights

  • 14-day withdrawal right under EU law.
  • Applies only to unused/uninstalled products.
  • Custom-configured products may not be eligible.

8. Warranties

Manufacturer Warranty

All products include the manufacturer’s warranty.

EU Consumer Rights

Your statutory EU consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Solar Sizing Tools — Disclaimer

The Find My Solar System calculator and ROI Calculator are informational tools only. Results are based on customer-provided information and standard assumptions.

Weather Conditions

Local climate and shading can affect results.

Electricity Tariffs

Feed-in rates and energy prices may change over time.

Installation Quality

Installation quality and panel degradation impact performance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Solmerce, including logos, text, software, and images, is owned or licensed by Cedars PV Systems OÜ. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for indirect or consequential loss.
  • No liability for third-party services.
  • Total liability is limited to the order value paid.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
