Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Large orders (e.g., complete solar systems with multiple components) may require additional handling time. If your order requires special logistics, our team will contact you within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged as a flat rate per order, based on the destination country. The shipping cost is displayed clearly at checkout before payment. There are no hidden fees.

For B2B orders or bulk purchases, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Address

Correct Address Information

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of order. Solmerce is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

PO Box Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical delivery address with a named recipient is required for all deliveries.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime from your account dashboard under My Orders.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Report Issues Quickly

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and photos of visible damage.

Resolution Process

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging.
