Solmerce is operated by Cedars PV Systems OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under European Union regulations. Founded by Hammoud Abdul Sater, Solmerce was created in response to a clear gap in the European solar market: high-quality solar products were available, but buying and installing them was fragmented, confusing, and often inaccessible to ordinary consumers.
